In Tucson, on May 20th, for the Elite 8

Little Rock went down by 15 points early in a ferocious game. Then we fought back and fought hard. Battling to take the lead by a mere one point with very little time left.

After the closest match of the season, Sacramento won in the final seconds of the game after a Little Rock penalty and clinched the win with a kick.

We Did It!

After a 32 year wait the Little Rock Men's 7's Team qualified for nationals in Commerce City, Colorado. The Men's Team joined ARPTC, who also qualified for the Second year in a row. ARPTC won the Tournament last year which bestowed the title of National Champions on the women based out of Little Rock.

Division 2 Championship

The Stormer's Men won the Texas Rugby Union Division 2 Championship by defeating the Austin Blacks (36-9) and Houston United (43-25). The Stormers advanced to the Elite 8 in Tucson, AZ where they lost to the Provo (UT) Steelers (30-52) and beat the Sacramento Capitals (51-33). The 2016 was a huge success as the Stormers placed in the Top 6 of the entire Nation.
