As the largest of only 5 designated National Development Academies we are proud to advance the sport of rugby with the aim of narrowing the performance gap between amateur domestic players and international rugby 7's by accelerating the development of athletes who cannot yet participate in the full-time residence program at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista.

As a designated academy, we follow the international standards set forth for athletes aspiring to participate in the Olympic Games and international test rugby.
